Customer

In Switzerland, the cantons bear the main responsibility for education and culture. They coordinate their work on a national level. For this purpose, the 26 cantonal directors of education form a political authority: the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Directors of Education (EDK).

Challenge

The EDK was looking for a solution that could handle the multitude of different transactions in a comprehensible way. In addition, bilingual user and dossier management should be possible.

Solution

With OneGov GEVER as the central repository for all transactions in two languages (German/French), all EDK employees throughout Switzerland have been able to access it at any time since the end of 2015.
