WHAT TO EXPECT
This white paper, intended as a working aid, is aimed at those responsible for records management in organisations from a wide range of sectors: Companies, political communities, school communities, local and civic communities, church communities and special-purpose associations.
The term "records management" stands for the administration of documents and transactions that must be kept and are worth keeping. Regardless of whether the records are digital or analogue: Every organisation must have the creation, processing, management, deletion and disposal of its information under control.
