4teamwork's support team will respond client concerns and requests as quickly as possible as they arise.

Please note: Email requests are given a higher priority than telephone requests.

Email and telephone support plans can be purchased, or may be included in your agreement.

Additional support, or on site support, can be requested at the basic rate (SFr. 180.00).
