WHAT TO EXPECT
Digitisation is sweeping through our entire society. The field of libraries and archives is not spared either. While older generations are still used to going to such institutions in person, younger people are now used to working digitally via smartphone, tablet or notebook. Archives must take this change in user behaviour into account. A digital reading room lends itself to this.
